About A & M Smith
A & M Smith Recycling Services was formed in 1994 by Scott and Kerry Smith to provide a local skip hire service in the South Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City Area for small builders and the general public. We are local with bases in both Aberdeen and Peterhead.
The Company expanded its services in 2001 with the purchase of a Rolonoff vehicle and containers to service the needs of larger building contractors as well as commercial and industrial waste producers.

Our state-of-the-art office complex is constructed using reclaimed granite and is built with a highly insulated timber kit frame. We are now operating our double weighbridges this will maximise the constant flow of all sized vehicles using our facility and minimise any queuing of HGVs and loss of time.
We now have a private car park for staff & visitors with multiple charging points for plug-in electric vehicles, there are electric safety barriers and pedestrian crossings, and we are fully compliant for all disabled persons to ensure the safety of all that enter our facility. The (Stop Go ) traffic system at the weighbridge elevates the site control and safety at our entrance.
